Theft by Deception from Wal-Mart
Trooper William Hoppel of the Mansfield PSP reports that between 2-4-12 and 2-17-12 a known individual took items from the Wal-Mart Supercenter in Mansfield without purchasing them and then returned the items at the Customer Service Center, receiving a gift card for the items. The investigation continues.
What a security system they have. Did they not ask for a receipt? Maybe they should investigate the employees involved as well.
