1 min readTrooper Martin of the Mansfield PSP investigated an incident on 3/30/2012 at the Wellsboro Acorn Market. Sometime between 11:30 and 1:30 unknown actor(s) removed the car keys of the victim, Desiree Dawn Dauchinais of Tioga, PA,who works at the Market but was on her lunch break.
