Tight Timeline For Traffic Congestion Relief Requests
Potter County Today
Boroughs and townships in Potter County are advised of a state grant program for projects to relieve traffic congestion. Timeline to apply for funds is tight, with a deadline of Tuesday, Nov. 30. Potter County Planning Director Charlotte Dietrich has suggested two local traffic control projects that might be candidates for the program: the Rt. 6 and Rt. 872 intersection in Ladona and the vicinity of the new Nittany Minit Mart in Galeton
About $7 million is available statewide through the Automated Red Light Enforcement grant program.
