Tim Kaylor of Eldred Arraigned on Child Abuse Charges
Trooper David Surra of the Coudersport PSP reports that Tim L. Kaylor, 72, of 3485 Rte. 446, Eldred, PA was arraigned on 4-13-12 in front of MDJ Stubbs on the following charges:
- Aggravated Indecent Assault, 1 count (F2)
- Indecent Assault, 1 count (F3)
- Indecent Assault, 1 count (M1)
- Endangering Welfare of Children, 1 count (F3)
- Corruption of Minors, 1 count (M1)
This incident occurred over a period between March 2004 and March 2007 where Kaylor allegedly had inappropriate contact several times with a known female juvenile at known residences within Potter and McKean Counties. Kaylor was released on $25,000 unsecured bail with conditions.
