Tin Can Tour Hits Potter County
1 min readThe Tin Can Tour, a caravan of vintage trailer and motor coach cars has arrived in Potter County.
The tour consists of approximately 30 vehicles that travel through small towns along US Route 6. It’s goal is to promote and preserve vintage trailers and motor coaches. The caravan makes it stops at campgrounds and holds open houses for residents and visitors to see the restored cars, trucks and campers.
An open house on Monday, June 7 will take place at the Allegheny River Campground, east of Roulette, from 3 – 7 p.m. On Tuesday, June 8, the caravan will travel through Coudersport and Galeton and stop to set up in the John J. Collins Memorial Park on the lake. There will be an open house at the park on Wednesday, June 9, from 3-7 p.m.
