Tioga County Vehicle Theft
A vehicle was stolen in Deerfield Township, Pennsylvania, along Route 49 in Tioga County. The incident occurred when a suspect took a 2002 gray Dodge belonging to a 66-year-old victim from Knoxville.
The victim contacted the Pennsylvania State Police at Mansfield on December 11 after discovering the theft. By the time troopers arrived at the scene around 7 a.m., the suspect had already fled with the vehicle.
