Tioga Man Killed in Motorcycle Crash
1 min readTIOGA – A Tioga man was killed as the result of a motorcycle crash yesterday morning along a portion of Route 15 in Tioga County.
State Police in Mansfield say 28-year-old Jeffrey A. Hutcheson was operating a 1999 Ducati ST2 north on Route 15 when he failed to negotiate a turn onto the Route 287 off-ramp. Police say Hutcheson’s motorcycle entered a grassy area, fell onto its right side and then slid into a road sign before overturning a number of times.
Hutcheson was pronounced dead at the scene by Tioga County Coroner James Wilson.
Tioga Fire and Ambulance assisted State Police at the scene of the crash.
