Tortugas, Moose of Port Allegany Facing Charges

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board has charged Tortugas Restaurant in Bradford with selling reduced alcoholic beverages to females while charging male patrons full price. The alleged incident happened on April 1. The charges will be brought before an administrative judge.
The Loyal Order of the Moose of Port Allegany has been charged with violations of the small game of chance act. The Moose is accused of using the funds from the small games of chance for pruposes other than authorized by law.
