Ulysses Man Accused of Breaking Car Mirror, Antenna

ULYSSES – A Ulysses man faces charges for an incident that occurred on Tuesday, June 21.

Police say 43-year-old Earl G. Tubbs allegedly broke the passenger’s side mirror and AM/FM antenna off a car belonging to 48-year-old Colleen B. Smith, of Ulysses.

Tubbs will be charged in District Judge Delores G. Bristol’s courtroom.

Police say an investigation into the matter continues.
