Ulysses Man Arrested for Harassment
1 min readHARRISON TWP. – Earl Tubbs, 43, of Loucks Mills Road, Ulysses has been charged by State Police with harassment after he allegedly grabbed a 48-year-old woman by the neck during an argument.
Police say the incident took place on White Knoll Road on December 8.
