Ulysses Man Charged after Crashing into House
1 min readWESTFIELD – A Ulysses man is facing misdemeanor charges and other traffic citations following a crash on Route 49 in Westfield.
State Police say 32-year-old Jeremy Uadiski was driving a Chevrolet Trailblazer west on Route 49 when he failed to negotiate a left-hand curve, traveled off the roadway, and then struck a house.
Uadiski allegedly left the scene of the accident, but was later located by police.
He has been charged with accidents involving damage to attended vehicle/property (M3), as well as four summary traffic counts, including driving on a suspended license.
A Preliminary Hearing has been scheduled in District Judge Brian W. Edgcomb’s courtroom on September 29 at 9:45 am.
Mr. Uadiski initially told police ” The house stepped in vront of my fehicle.”
yea i am sure he was hammered seems so he was sitting at the bear track all night…. i don’t think he has learned much he’s been in prison most his life
