Ulysses Man Charged After Throwing Logs at Home

Man charged with Simple Trespass and Disorderly Conduct

ULYSSES – State Police report that a Ulysses man was charged with Simple Trespass(S) and Disorderly Conduct(S) after an incident that occurred on November 11 at 10:20 pm on the White Knolls Road in Ulysses.

Police say that 42-year-old Earl Tubbs, of Ulysses, refused to leave the property of Colleen Smith, 47, of Ulysses when asked. Tubbs is accused of striking Smith’s home with logs and wood and knocking over three stacks of split firewood.

Tubbs will face charges in District Court 55-4-03.
