Ulysses Man Hits Tree after Losing Control on Snowy Road
1 min readWEST BRANCH TWP. – Anthony C. Smith, 19, of Ulysses, PA, will be charged for not driving at a safe speed after an accident that occurred on Sunday, December 26 at 5:45 pm.
Police say Smith was traveling East on the Lyman Run Road when he lost control of his 1998 Ford Ranger on the snow-covered road and slid into a tree.
Smith’s truck suffered severe left front-end damage and was towed from the scene by a private contractor.
No one was reported to be injured in the accident.
Charges are pending for not driving at a safe speed in District Judge Delores G. Bristol’s courtroom.
