Ulysses Man Victim of Theft, Forgery
1 min readULYSSES – Police say are investigating a case of forgery and theft by deception in which a personal check was stolen, signed and then cashed.
Police say the check was stolen from 24-year-old Jordan Williams, of Ulysses. They did not say where it was cashed.
The incident happened on May 31.
