ULYSSES – State Police say that Jennette Moon, 33, of the Hickox Ulysses Road in Genesee, PA faces charges of Criminal Mischief after an incident that occurred on November 18 at 10:11 am.
Police say Moon arrived at the residence of Lawrence Thompson, 37, of Genesee and threw and object through the window of a pickup truck owned by Roy Thompson, 30, of Ulysses, PA.
Moon is then accused of grabbing Lawrence Thompson’s cell phone and breaking it in half after he attempted to call police.
She then backed out of the driveway with her vehicle striking the front end of Roy Thompson’s truck in the process.
Moon faces charges of Criminal Mischief in District Court 55-4-03.
