Campers will be exposed to a variety of hands-on methods and strategies used to conduct a criminal investigation. These include an understanding of the criminal justice system, obtaining and writing search/arrest warrants, conducting interviews, taking forensic photographs, securing, collecting and documenting evidence, diagramming a rough sketch, analyzing fingerprints, and writing investigative reports.

The final new camp will be Pets ’n’ Vets, which will be held from 8:30 a.m. to noon July 16 through 18 for children who have completed first, second or third grade, and 1:30 to 5 p.m. July 16 through 18 for children who have completed fourth, fifth or sixth grade.
