Update on Sheetz Altercation
1 min readCOUDERSPORT – According to a Criminal Docket filed in Delores G. Bristol’s courtroom, Thomas Bahr, 22, of Coudersport was charged by Coudersport Borough police officer Jim Collins with three felonies and a misdemeanor for the incident at Sheetz in Coudersport on Saturday night.
Charges include Aggravated Assault(F1), Riot-Intent to Commit a Felony(F3), Riot-Intent to Commit a Felony – Terroristic Threats(F3), and Obstructing Administration of Law or Other Government(M3).
No information regarding the ‘girlfriend’ has become available as of this time.
Thomas was remanded to the Potter County jail in lieu of $75,000 straight bail. A Preliminary Hearing has been scheduled for June 30 at 10:30 am.
