Victim Refuses to Press Charges in Bad Check Case
1 min readHARRISON TWP. – A Harrison Valley man refused to prosecute a “known actor” after the person made good on a $1,442.18 check that previously bounced.
Police say the victim, Loren Martin, age 27, reported the check being returned for non-sufficient funds on November 3, 2011. Police say Martin contacted them the following day and said the check-writer had paid him in full.
The incident took place at 1531 Whites Corner Road in Harrison Township.
