Voter Registration Open For April 24 Election

Potter County Voter Registration/Board of Elections advises voters that the Primary Election will be held on April 24. Offices up for election will be announced soon. Among them are seats on the Potter County Republican Committee from each municipality, U.S. Senator, Member of U.S. House of Representatives, and Member of the Pennsylvania House of Representatives. Any voter who is not registered with either the Republican Party or Democratic Party will not be eligible to vote on April 24. Those who would like to change their registration and anyone with questions should contact the Voter Registration Office on the main floor of the Gunzburger Building; telephone 274-8467. Candidate petitions are now available. No signatures may be obtained until Jan. 24. Office hours are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
