Warren Residents Indicted

JOHNSTOWN, PA – Two Warren residents have been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges of providing and possessing contraband in prison, says U.S. Attorney David J. Hickton.

The two-count indictment named Thomas R. Harriger, 45, an inmate at FCI Loretto, PA, and Robin Ostrowski, 46, of Warren, PA.

According to the indictment, on March 7, 2010, Ostrowski provided marijuana and dihydrocodeinone to Harriger.

If convicted, both face a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison, a fine of $250,000, or both.
