Wellsville Rite Aid Robber Rejects Plea Deal

The case of Aaron Heale, who allegedly robbed Rite Aid on Bolivar Road July 1, will move on toward a possible trial.
Assistant District Attorney Keith Slep and Heale’s attorney, Brian Degnan, will are scheduled to argue motions at 11:30 a.m. Dec. 20 in county court. Heale, 29, no address available, was indicted July 29 for first-degree robbery, second-degree robbery and third-degree grand larceny.
