Wellsville Woman Indicted on Homicide Charges in Crash that Killed Girl
1 min readWELLSVILLE – A Wellsville, NY, woman has been indicted on charges of Criminally Negligent Homicide and Vehicular Homicide in a crash that killed 11-year-old Cheyenne Wolfer, of Rushford, NY, in November of last year.
Robin Drouin, age 54, was allegedly driving while impaired when her vehicle slammed into the back of a van in which Wolfer was a passenger.
At the time of the crash traffic was stopped for a school bus letting children out.
Multiple injuries occurred as the result of the crash.
Wolfer, who was initially air-lifted, was later taken to Jones Memorial Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
