Westfield Man Charged with Stalking and Terroristic Threats

HARRISON VALLEY – State Police report that on November 22 they responded to a report of Harassment on Main Street in Harrison Valley.

Upon arrival at the scene, it was determined that William T. White, 30, of Westfield, PA, was harassing a known female victim by phone and making terroristic threats towards her. It was also determined that a pattern of unwanted telephone calls had continued since October of this year.

Police filed charges against White and a warrant for his arrest was issued. White, who was also in violation of his Parole, was arrested on November 24 and sent to the Tioga County Jail where he is awaiting a Preliminary Arraignment for charges of Stalking, Terroristic Threats and Harassment in Potter County.
