Westfield Woman Accused of Scattering Rubbish
1 min readBINGHAM TWP. – Marci Ahearn, of Westfield, was charged by state police with summary ‘scattering rubbish’ in District Judge Delores G. Bristol’s courtroom.
Police say Ahearn dumped a bag of garbage on property belonging to Roger Crippen, Jr., of Ulysses.
The bag of garbage was dumped on private property located on Northern Potter Road, sometime between Feb. 13 – 14, according to police.
