Wildfires Taxing Fire Crews

Update: At 7:23 pm the Plank Road fire is reported to be extinguished.

Update: At 6:55 pm the Canada Hollow Road fire is reported out.

At 5:22 pm a wildfire on the Canada Hollow Road has fire personnel from Shinglehouse, who were assisting Coudersport with the Dr. Smith fire, scrambling to respond.

Reports indicated more manpower was needed – most of the manpower was helping Coudersport.

At 6:20 a wildfire has also been reported on Park Avenue in Coudersport, which has firemen responding from once fire to another.
