Willard C. Bussard

ROULETTE-Willard C. Bussard, 76, of Main St., went to be with his heavenly Father (Apr. 2, 2012) in the Charles Cole Mem. Hospital, Coudersport.
Born February 28, 1936, in Armstrong County, PA, he was a son of Clifton A. and Oma M. Shay Bussard.  On Sept. 20, 1953, in Snyderville, PA, he married Ramona L. Shaffer, who survives.
Mr. Bussard had worked as a contractor-employee for Pennzoil Co. of Bradford, before his retirement.
He was a high school graduate of Johnstown PA.
He was a avid outdoorsman.
He was loved and will be greatly missed by many.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Ramona, are four sons, Willard E. (Debbie) Bussard of North Rose, NY, Terry L. Bussard of Collingswoods, NJ, Jack L. Bussard of Wellsville, NY, Sandy L. (Christine) Bussard of Harrisburg, NC; a daughter, Rhonda R. (Robert) Schoonover of Coudersport; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Glenda (Norman) Martin of Distant, PA, and Velma (Jim) Buchanan of New Castle, PA; and several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Friends were received from 6-8 p.m. Thursday in the Switzer Funeral Home, Port Allegany; where a private funeral service was at 11 a.m. Friday (Apr. 6, 2012) with Rev. Marty Montgomery, pastor of the First Baptist Church, Roulette, officiating.
Burial will be in Card Creek Cemetery, Roulette.
