William Clayton Tompkins Arrested for DUI

Trooper Daniel J. Spath from the Mansfield PSP reports that on 3-30-12 at 23:35 PM William Clayton Tompkins, 46, of Knoxville, PA was on SR 287 at Buckwheat Hollow Road, Lawrence Township, Tioga County.  Trooper Spath initiated a traffic stop for a lawful  reason.  Tompkins was found to be under the influence of alcohol.  He was taken into custody and transported to Soldiers and Sailors Hospital where he consented to a legal blood draw.  Tompkins will be charged with DUI and associated traffic violations.  Charges will be filed at 04-3-01.
