Williamsport Man Charged with DUI in Coudersport

COUDERSPORT – Coudersport Borough police have charged a Williamsport, PA, man with DUI and several other charges, stemming from an incident that occurred on Sunday, January 30, 2011 in the Borough.

Thirty-three-year-old James M. Confer was arrested and charged with DUI, Careless Driving, Improper Use of a Signal, and 3 counts of Disorderly Conduct.

Court records indicate that a Preliminary Hearing date has yet to be determined.
