Winter Storm Watch in Effect From Late Monday Night Through Wednesday Afternoon…

Update: A WINTER STORM WARNING has been issued for Jefferson and Forest counties.

The National Weather Service in State College has issued a winter storm watch, which is in effect from late Monday night through Wednesday afternoon.
