The winter weather advisory is now in effect until 11 PM EST this evening.
* location, the northern and western mountains of pennsylvania.
* precipitation type, snow showers, some briefly heavy.
Accumulations, an additional 1 to 2 inches between 3 PM and 11 pm.
* timing, through 11 PM this evening.
* winds, west 10 to 15 mph, gusting between 25 and 30 mph.
* impacts, snow and ice covered untreated roads.
* visibility, mainly between 1 and 3 miles.
* temperatures, nearly steady between 25 and 30 degrees. a winter weather advisory for snow means that periods of snow will cause travel difficulties. be prepared for snow covered roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving. motorists should be especially cautious on bridges and overpasses, where slippery spots develop first. stay tuned to NOAA weather radio or your favorite source of weather information for the latest updates. additional details can also be found at, weather.Gov/statecollege.Precautionary/preparedness actions…

By the way, did you see much flooding/snow in Galeton today? I haven’t heard much going on there.
