Woman Charged with Harassment in Ulysses

ULYSSES – Cassandra Jo-Ann Nowakowski, 20, of Osceola, PA, was charged with harassment after she allegedly subjected 20-year-old Seth R. Sharp, of Ulysses, to unwanted physical contact during a dispute in the parking lot of Moon’s Farm & Yard Center in Ulysses.

Police say the incident took place on June 7 at approximately 11:30 pm.

Nowakowski was charged in District Court 55-4-03.
