Woman Charged with Writing Bad Check
1 min readULYSSES TWP. – A Waverly, NY, woman has been charged by State Police with writing a bad check.
Police say 37-year-old Lisa M. Ayers wrote a check to the Potter County Solid Waste Authority in the amount of $19.80. The check was later returned due to non-sufficient funds.
Police allege that Ayers failed to make good on the check despite notification.
A Summary charge of Bad Checks was filed through District Court 55-4-03.
