Bear spotted Downtown Coudersport

A bear has been spotted numerous times in downtown Coudersport the past several weeks, once by a CoudyNews staff member crossing the road near Level3.

Others have also spotted the bear. In the photo above, Dan Moore poses as the small bear sits in a tree.

Some folks around town are referring to the bear as ‘the manged bear’, although whether or not the bear is sick, or an immediate danger, is yet known.

This evening CoudyNews has been received a number of unconfirmed reports indicating authorities are searching for the wandering bear.
