Criminal Mischief at Austin Residence

AUSTIN – State Police say they are investigating an incident of Criminal Mischief that occurred outside an Austin residence on April 7 at approximately 8:00 pm.

Richard A. Diorio, 60, of New Castle, PA reported that he heard someone outside his residence that evening. When Diorio went outside to investigate, the actor(s) fled the scene.

Diorio then discovered that someone had cut a hole in a tire on his vehicle.
