* FLASH FLOOD WATCH FOR A PORTION OF CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA... 
INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...CAMERON...CLEARFIELD...ELK... 
MCKEAN...NORTHERN CENTRE...NORTHERN CLINTON...POTTER AND 
WARREN. 

* THROUGH LATE TONIGHT. 

* SLOW MOVING AND BACK BUILDING SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL 
TRACK ACROSS THE NORTHWEST MOUNTAINS THROUGH LATE TONIGHT. ONE 
TO TWO INCHES PER HOUR RAINFALL RATES WILL PRODUCE EXCESSIVE 
RUNOFF WHERE TRAINING OF STORMS IS PERSISTENT...GREATLY 
INCREASING THE FLASH FLOOD THREAT THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
