Heater Arrested for DUI

Spath from the Mansfield PSP reports that on 3-31-12 at 1:58 am Joseph Michael Heater, 22, of Millerton, PA was on SR 2005 I/A/O Birdland Road in Covington Twp., Tioga County. Trooper Spath initiated a traffic stop for a lawful reason. Heater was found to be under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody and transported to Soldiers and Sailors Hospital where he consented to a legal blood draw. Heater will be charged with DUI and associated traffic violations. Charges will be filed at 04-3-03
