Public Herald journalists Melissa Troutman and Joshua Pribanic say they were falsely detained in the middle of the night by two water truck drivers on an unmarked road in Tioga State Forest and labeled ecoterrorists.

Troutman and Pribanic were on their way home from an interview in Troy, PA when they decided to capture some night shots of drilling operations. According to the pair, they were initially granted permission to photograph drilling rigs, but later were unjustly detained by water truck drivers along a stretch of back roads that were not marked private.
