EASTERN TIOGA COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA... 
EASTERN LYCOMING COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA...

* AT 835 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A 
LINE OF SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS. THESE SEVERE STORMS EXTENDED FROM 
ELKLAND TO OGDENSBURG TO COGAN STATION...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH. 
THESE STORMS ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 
60 MPH. 

* LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE... 
TIOGA JUNCTION AND MANSFIELD... 
RALSTON AND MONTOURSVILLE... 
BARBOURS AND MILLERTON... 
HUGHESVILLE AND SHUNK... 
LINCOLN FALLS AND KETTLE CREEK GORGE...

THIS WILL IMPACT I-180 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 13 AND 29.
