NORTHEAST AT 40 MPH. THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER
SIZE HAIL…AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS…

HAIL…ONE INCH IN DIAMETER WAS REPORTED AT 450 PM IN TYRONE BY AN
ACCU WEATHER METEOROLOGIST. IF YOU ARE IN THE PATH OF THE
STORM…TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO PROTECT LIFE AND PROPERTY.

ALSO..DOPPLER RADAR HAS INDICATED SOME WEAK ROTATION WITHIN THIS
STORM NEAR PORT MATILDA. WHILE NOT IMMEDIATELY LIKELY…A TORNADO
COULD DEVELOP AS THE CIRCULATION CENTER TRACKS NORTHEAST NEAR ROUTE
220. IF A TORNADO IS SPOTTED…ACT QUICKLY AND MOVE TO A PLACE OF
SAFETY IN A STURDY STRUCTURE…SUCH AS A BASEMENT OR SMALL INTERIOR
ROOM ON THE LOWEST FLOOR.
