  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM. THE STORM WAS NEAR SUGAR GROVE...MOVING EAST
  AT 15 MPH. THIS STORM IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING QUARTER SIZE HAIL...
  AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH.
