A Warren man is facing charges after an underage drinking party at his home in Warren on October 18. Warren Police have charged 18 year-old Zachary Battko with assault and reckless endangerment after he set a bed on fire where a 14 year-old was sleeping. Police responded to the party after a report of people screaming and glass breaking.
