Woman Accused of Stealing Credit Card Details and Paying Bills

EULALIA TWP. – A Genesee woman is facing theft and access device fraud charges after she allegedly removed a bank card from her victim’s wallet, copied the credit card information, and later used it to pay bills.

Accused is 28-year-old Michelle A. Billings. Police say Billings stole the credit card information from 45-year-old Natalie E. Drum, of Smethport, and used the information to pay her bills on June 18.

Billings will be charged in District Court 55-4-01, according to a news release.
