12-Year-Old Knoxville Boy Drowns in Cowanesque River
Authorities are warning would-be swimmers of the dangers of water following three drowning deaths in as many days in the Twin Tiers.
The latest victim, 12-year-old Andrew Peet, of Knoxville.
Peet drowned after wading in the Cowanesque River and slipping into a 15-foot deep pool on Monday, July 11.
