Erratic Driver Found to be DUI

ROULETTE – State Police say that on November 20 at approximately 9:02 pm police received reports of an erratic driver on State Route 6 and side roads surrounding Roulette.
State Police initiated a traffic stop on Roger Carpenter, 52, of Coudersport, PA, whose vehicle police say matched the reported description, and subsequently found him to be DUI.
Charges will be filed in District Court 55-4-01.
