Police Investigate Harassment
ULYSSES – Police say that on November 21 at approximately 8:30 pm police initiated an investigation into a physical altercation that occurred between Samantah Brown, 23, of Ulysses, PA and Dale Daub, 50, of Ulysses, PA on Water Street in Ulysses Borough.
No other details were provided other than an investigation continues.
