Belmont Man Charged after Altercation at the Shinglehouse Saloon
SHINGLEHOUSE – Police say a Belmont man faces charges after he struck a man with his elbow on Christmas Eve at the Shinglehouse Saloon.
34-year-old Justin Earl Osgood of Belmont, NY, is accused of striking 26-year-old Buck A. Jackson, of Shinglehouse, PA, with his elbow and knocking him off of his bar stool. Osgood is also accused of tearing Jackson’s shirt off.
Charges of Harassment and Criminal Mischief were filed in Barbara Easton’s courtroom.
