Black Ice Caused Route 872 Crash
1 min readKEATING TWP. – An Austin man escaped injury after sliding on black ice and crashing into a ditch early Saturday morning.
State Police say 25-year-old Robert Swank was traveling north on Route 872 in a 2001 Chevrolet Cavalier when he hit the patch of black ice.
Swank was charged with not driving a vehicle at a safe speed.
