Convicted Sex Offender Jailed on Felony Sexual Assault Charges
COUDERSPORT – According to court records, Shannon M. Rader, 35, of Coudersport, who is listed as a Sexually Violent Predator on the PA Megan’s Law website, is once again behind bars.
Coudersport Boro police filed a criminal complaint in District Judge Annette Easton’s courtroom on October 7 charging Rader with Aggravated Indecent Assault of a Child, Indecent Assault – Person Less Than 13 Years of Age, and Corruption of a Minor as the result of an incident that occurred on February 1 of this year.
Radar was arrested and remanded to the Potter County jail after failing to post $50,000 bail.
