Coudersport Children Raise Money for Parade

Area youth collect donations to support Halloween costume contest

Nineteen Coudersport area children participated in Tag Day this year; a money jug fundraiser used to support the Rotary Halloween Parade & Costume Contest that was held in Coudersport this past Sunday, October 31st. The group raised a total of $673.04, which was distributed in the form of cash prizes to the various winners of the annual costume contest (total of $450.00), while over $200.00 was allocated toward the ice cream and candy, which was provided to all of the marchers in the Halloween Parade this year.

The top 2010 Tag Day Fundraisers were (Left to Right) Macy Gleason, Collin Morey, Tory Crosby, Kullen Crosby and Garrett Morey, with a total of $208.43 in donations collected!
