Coudersport Man Charged with Assault, Theft
1 min readCOUDERSPORT – A Coudersport man faces a number of misdemeanor charges following an incident on Route 44 in Sharon Township on April 29.
Matthew A. Gutshall, age 20, of Coudersport, is accused of subjecting a known 23-year-old Coudersport female to unwanted physical contact and stealing $266.76 from her vehicle in the process.
Gutshall will be charged with Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, Simple Assault and Harassment in District Judge Barbara Easton’s courtroom.
An investigation is ongoing.
its funny how they can just go around and post shit about people even when its not true and when it does go to court and the judge drops it cause it was not true you have a run down DA who will fight his cold little heart out to se me go down loves to se me fail!!!! i have been on and off this web site and i dont se anything saying HES NOT GUILTY!! they will make sure they make me sound like some little bad ass but wont go over there mess up!
